We are currently searching for two Quality Managers, one in charge of the Paper Mill and one for Printing. As Quality Manager you will have a key role in an international business with strong growth. The organization is characterized by highly competent, committed employees and a commercial thinking.


You will continually review and develop quality processes focusing on improved quality, increased productivity and cost efficiency. Furthermore, you will lead a team of approximately 10 employees, you are part of the paper mill or printing management team and reports to the respective Plant Manager.


  • Design and implement quality processes in the production on both operational and strategic levels
  • Lead and develop the quality laboratory
  • Lead work with non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Create production specifications and prepare and follow up on orders from a quality perspective
  • Plan and manage customer inspections and approvals
  • Manage and monitor operations to long- and short-term objectives
  • Actively participate the company's management team and contribute to long-term development
  • Ensure efficient organizational structure within the Department of quality
  • Manage ongoing work, assignments and projects according to Crane AB's policies and business systems.


  • Master of Science or equivalent work experience, preferably with training in quality.
  • At least five years’ experience in quality management with budget and personnel.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English is essential, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in LEAN is an advantage.
