Contract Managers are the key contact for sales, customers and Crane internal organization on a contract from award to delivery and any following concerns. Crane is now searching for a Manager who can successfully lead this great  team of Contract Managers and who will require both a technical and commercial perspective on our business. A successful contract execution will be the key to new sales contracts and Crane Currency growth.  This position will be located in either Sweden or Malta.


  • Lead and develop the team to be an organization that is characterized by high knowledge, motivation and commercial thinking working in a well-defined process
  • Set long and short term goals according to the strategic business plan and annual goals for contract managers
  • Implement strategies that enable Crane Currency to maximize performance and results
  • In collaboration with other departments you will find solutions that improve both client satisfaction and contract profitability as well as facilitating shipping, invoicing and cash collection.
  • Responsible in facilitating the process to customer complaints and respond to the customer in a timely manner in cooperation with Crane Product Managers


  • Academic degree or more than 5 years´ relevant experience in area (Security Paper or Print and Security Tech)
  • Documented experience from public tender business and security classified companies
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage
  • Documented ability to write and do general layout of production communication
  • Excellent computer skills


  • An experienced leader that can lead cross functional teams
  • Analytical and can make decisions based on that analysis, and who plans activities in advance
  • Good communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to identify financial opportunities that supports company profitability on orders
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple contracts
  • Well-travelled and confident in situations abroad
