    Leadership is Currency at Crane


    As Regional Sales Director, you can take your career to the next level with us. This challenging role will be key in developing sales strategy and planning in one of Crane's crucial regional markets, as well as developing critical relationships with key clients. Together with other Regional Sales Directors this position will help Crane meet its long term objectives for regional growth.


    We are seeking a proven sales leader who is familiar with the currency industry and the specifics of the business in a reasonable time-frame. The right candidate should be comfortable leading others as well as engaging with Crane’s base of sophisticated Central Bank clients. This individual must be geographically mobile, and will be based in either Europe or SE Asia.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategy and leadership for a sales region.
    • Develop and execute sales plans for Crane Currency in a sales region.
    • Maintain sales and contact databases for the entire region.
    • Assist the forecasting of the global currency business.
    • Participate in global sales and industry forums representing Crane Currency.
    • Establish good working relationships with business leaders, operations and corporate staff.


    • Minimum 5 years in the currency industry in a sales leadership position with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Understanding or the ability to learn the technical specifics of Crane Currency's product line.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.


    Preferred Qualifications:  

    • Proven experience working within a dynamic sales team in the currency field.
    • Familiarity with Central Banking working infrastructure.
